The annual Campus Trail is being organised again! On Friday 11 September 2026, you can take part in this unique 4-mile fun run through buildings on the Zernike Campus. This year promises to be another fantastic route, with music along the way and a unique experience!
The route takes participants past inspiring locations on campus where people are working every day to shape the world of tomorrow. Whether you’re running, walking or simply pausing to admire the impressive buildings, innovations and facilities along the way, the Campus Trail offers an energetic experience full of surprises.
Registration for the Campus Trail is closed. You can still claim a startingnumber at the start on the 11th of September. The address is Zernikelaan 14, Groningen. Payment via PIN.
The Campus Trail is an initiative of Campus Groningen in partnership with the WEST Business Association, Lode Holding, ACLO, the Sports Centre (University of Groningen / Hanze University) and Kadans. The practical organisation of the event is handled by Paul van Put Events.
With your registration for the Campus Trail, you automatically agree with the Terms and Conditions 2026.
On Sunday, April 18, 2027, the Groningen Marathon powered by Campus Groningen will take place. This is the ultimate running adventure in Groningen that you won’t want to miss, featuring four different events that offer a sporting challenge for everyone.
