RIOLab

RIOLab offers permanent workspaces. In addition to all the necessary facilities to get started right away, including internet, whiteboard, projector and free parking, the workspace offers an innovative environment with various spaces ranging from 25m² to 45m². The working environment is available 24/7.

RIOLab is located on the Energy Transition Center (ENTRANCE) on the Zernike Campus Groningen, where thousands of students and professionals come and work everyday.  On this location, research is done and technologies are tested to reach the goals in energy transition

Rooms

RIOLab offers different rooms and workspaces:

Het Kantoor:

  • On the ground floor, about 30m2 with a pantry

  • For € 425,00 p.m. (incl. service costs, excl. VAT) you can rent this room.

De Skihut:

  • Situates on the ground floor behind 'Het Kantoor'. It has its own entrance, is about 40m2 and has access to the pantry.

  • For € 566,67 p.m. (incl. service costs, excl. VAT) you can rent this room.

De Appelhof:

  • Situated on the 3rd floor, 7,5 meter above the ground with a great view over the Campus. This room measures  40 m2 and has its own pantry.

  • Rent: € 637,50 p.m. (incl. service costs, excl. VAT) 

Het Wespennest:

  • Bevindt zich op de 1ste verdieping. Het uitzicht wordt steeds mooier. Deze ruimte is ongeveer 45m2 en beschikt over een eigen pantry.

  • Voor € 637,50 p.m. (incl. servicekosten, excl. btw) huurt u deze ruimte volledig.

The Space Room:

  • Bevindt zich op de 2de verdieping. Je hebt een mooi overzicht over het EnTranCe terrein door de grote glazen pui. Deze ruimte is ongeveer 25m2 en beschikt over een eigen pantry.

  • Voor € 495,84 p.m. (incl. servicekosten, excl. btw) huurt u deze ruimte volledig.
